We have lived here for almost a year, my husband and I and our 2 year old live in a 2 bedroom townhome and we couldn't be more sorry we moved in. The office staff seems nice to your face, but they are terrible about returning calls and addressing your concerns. The maintenance staff is about the only good think I can say about this place, but it also has a lot of charm from the outside too. The inside is DATED and in desperate need of repair. The windows are so old the cold or the heat from outside come right in and we spend a fortune on electric. The waterbugs in the kitchen are ridiculous, they "spray" for bugs at no charge but I swear they are spraying with sugar water because it only seems to make them worse. I have never lived in a place where I have had to call maitenance as much as I do here, I've had broken doors, holes in my floor where mice have chewed in through the outside, a ceiling fan that fell out of the ceiling that damaged my dining room table and fell right into my daughter's high chair (thank god she wasn't in it), BUGS BUGS and more BUGS, and when we moved in the hot water was shut off so we couldn't shower after moving all day and had to wait until the next day, and the list goes on. Oh, and after the ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling, the office staff didn't even call us to make sure nothing was damaged or no one was injured, they just sent maintenance out. And when we told them that our table was damaged, they offered NOTHING to make up for it. If you don't mind horrible living conditions with lots of room for the price, then by all means live here. We are so sorry we ever even found this place, and we are absolutely NOT renewing our lease, we gave our notice months before we were supposed to.

What exactly is your definition of a "high" energy bill? I'm just curious... I don't live there. I am reading through bad reviews and trying to find a decent place to live. I just need to know what your idea of a high energy bili is... :-)
