We are now in our second apartment at Louisburg Square (we moved from a one bedroom to a three bedroom). The staff is always great, maintenance is quick, and we have no complaints whatsoever. It is a great location - everything we need is within five minutes. There is a great park nearby, a library, grocery store, etc. There are cheaper apartments in the area - but most of those are nasty (we have friends who live down the street in a glorified dump). Bottom line is that Louisburg Square is a pretty solid deal.
