Basically good. We had a flat and a townhouse in this complex. The flat was on a courtyard and the Townhouse had very cool floorplan. I liked the physical buildings more than the service.
Like most apartments, the staff was much friendlier when we signed the lease than they were when we attempted to get our security deposit back.
Previous tennants in townhouse smoked and you could smell it outside of the building. Still, we had to pay extra rent to get them to replace carpeting.
Separated seams in basement foundation allowed cockroaches in. They sent pest control, but never filled in the cracks.
