I've had a great experience here. I was forced to move from my house of many years as chemo required no steps, and I even though I swore I'd never live in an apartment complex, this has met my needs very nicely.

The office staff is very friendly and responsive.

The maintainance requests have in all but one case been responded to that day, and the one that was too late to handle that day was taken care of early the next morning. I get the feeling that they really want us to feel that our legitimate concerns immediately become theirs.

There are kids here, and they play and shout and have fun, but they are friendly and well-governed kids who obviously have parents who are into parenting. Other tenants seem to be very friendly. But, like any apartment complex, you don't have the feel of neighborhood that you do elsewhere (but that was a feeling I only got in my old neighborhood after I got my dog who was faithfully walked 3 times a day.)


I find things clean, the bushes and trees are well manicured and cared for.

Though the apartments are a bit dated, I find the size for the money a very decent deal.

I would happily recommend this place to my family and others...
