This place has termites and is falling apart. If you need something fixed, you?re going to wait a long time (you better get two bathrooms). Today is april 30th it?s 90 upstairs, 80 downstairs there is air conditioning but it is worthless(this is true in all townhomes of this complex, I?m not sure about one level apartments). You are not alowed to have window air conditioners, so you are forced to suffer. there are thousands of ants both inside and outside of our home (maint. refuses to take care of the outdoor ones.) Once, when I called to report a wasp nest outside my back door they told me it wasn?t their problem because it was outside. One morning I was awaikened by the sound of a jackhammer at 9 am; without announcment, they decided we,and everyone else on our side of the complex needed new front steps, and left it that way for 3 1/2 months (when we called them they said they forgot). Once when we called them to ask why they had not told us there would be roofers at 8 am, there response was "we don?t have to tell you when we do things like that". Common courtsy would be to at least warn the tennats that "this week there may be a loud banging and scraping early." I will say one positive thing though, when you first move in your apartment (or townhome) will be clean and everything painted a bright clean white, but soon you will notice, the baseboards will fall off when you mop, and the four windows you do have, just aren?t enough to keep you cool.
