This site is great for people who will never be happy no matter where they live. I wonder if any of these people ever thought to use common sense! THE UTILITIES ARE PAID!! And they're complaining about the a/c. I've lived at other complexes where the utilities were paid and they're all on the same system that doesn't allow them to switch from a/c to heat easily. But what's there to complain about' The UTILITIES ARE PAID!! So buy a freakin floor fan or space heater and plug it in. ALSO, might i remind people that ants and roaches are characteristic to unclean living. I have never had a problem with any bugs except fleas but I have a dog and the exterminators came and took care of it.
No apartment complex will be perfect. When you put hundreds of different people in a bunch of connecting buildings it is impossible to keep everything 100% perfect. Even at the "best" complex you'll find ONE person who thinks its the "worst." And then they'll come running to this site.

Smoke some more crack buddy! Yeah the utilities are paid but there is no a/c. It was 85-90 degrees in my apartment at all times last summer. I lived in King's Cove for 6 years when it was all utilities paid. It would stay 65 degrees if I left the thermostat turned down all the way. The thermostat is set on 55 degrees. It doesn't matter where you set it. It will always be hot. We have five fans. All they do is blow the hot air around.

Well pretty sure this review is written by an employee b/c no one would EVER write this in a serious manner. I recommend this place be tore down and built into something else...houses or places of business.
