First I want to say...I wish I would have known about this .com when I moved in here! I have read through all of these complaints and can vouge for all of them, except for the noise. I moved into these apartments because of the indoor pool and the paid utilities. Pool was great! I give it a 5 (only because it was one of the only ones around). Staff great! Until you had issues with something in the apartment, then it was a complete turn-around. Here is a partial list of things that went wrong with my apartment (keep in mind I grew up on a farm and not in OP) Truck got broke into (it happens at most any apartment complexes but at least above average at this one)
I had black birds in the wall(kinda weird)
Heat wouldn't get over 69 degrees, AC worked but wouldn't get under 83 degrees. (free but was it worth it')
You could open the sliding glass door, when locked, from the outside (didn't make me feel real safe, I complained but nothing).
Carport lights didn't work for a couple of months.
I had mice, beware exterminators only come every two weeks.
When it rained it would puddle on my bedroom floor, it took them 3 months to fix.
Mold every were but I thought it was from the window...guess not.
Couldn't run the Microwave and iron without kicking off the breaker, they said this type of stuff comes with old apartments, so I guess if you have a microwave or you iron your clothes these apartments might not work out very well.
Maybe I just got a lemon, and maybe so did the rest of the people on here about these apartments...but it takes me a lot to complain. Really I have rated other apartments that I have lived in all good ratings. If you don't believe me try this apartment complex for yourself.
