This apartment complex would get a 1 scale out of 10, 10 being the best. 1 for providing shelter at least. I had multiple complaints to the landlord and never returned my calls. Had bad heating, mold and dirt under the counters, and even seen a mouse. You couldn't turn your curling iron on, the t.v. and the iron because the circuit would blow.Also paid extra to have a carport thats lights never worked.Also you can hear everyone coming in, leaving and pretty much there whole conversation if it is in the hallway. Plus they try everyway to get you tied into another lease even though you tell them ahead of time that you are leaving. Good luck if you decide to rent from them.
