I've only been here since last April and have had more than enough of this place. Tenants do not control the temp of their individual unit. The a/c went out twice last summer and I am told that happens frequently. We have had problems with getting maintenance to look at anything. We have kids damaging property and guests of other tenants urinating outside. Yes, this place is a ghetto. I can't wait to leave.
