I cannot imagine a more painful and horrible living experience than the one my family has endured at this place. i wish that I had seen this review site before signing a lease.
When I went in to the office to look at a unit, I was told there would be criminal background checks because it's important to the community to be crime free... only to find a couple months later that a registered sex offender lived on the property.
I have been lied to and deceived numerous times by office staff as well as treated with utter disrespect. I have a list of problems with my unit that have yet to be fixed after over 7 months there. I have half of my sliding glass door screen out and stray cats come in through it. There's a broken window in my child's room I was told would be fixed..7months later- it's still broken. My apartment was flea infested and the carpet was disgusting with dog hair and odor. The manager tried to tell me brought in the fleas on my pants legs. Please.
I lay awake at night listening to screaming neighbors, loud music and smelling a stenching sewer smell from the building.
This last week it's been 60 degrees in my unit because the management decided to turn the heat off in the middle of April. When asked about it- the response is that they were responding to people's complaints ( we had one week where it was in the upper 70's)and to just deal with it because it's not going to change. I was told I could buy a space heater if I wanted to. I'm already paying to have heat with my "utilities included" rent.
Parking is ridiculous. I'm lucky if I get to park within 5 buildings of my apartment.
The one nice thing I can say is that the maintenence staff are nice if they get sent to fix things.
I lived in another comunity owned by the same company- they were wonderful, honest, kind and always respectful. I wish I would have stayed there.
I am counting the days left on this lease!
