I have been here since may of 2006. I do have to agree with everyone that the staff is rude!! very disrespectful, I have a problem with one of the managers in particular. There is noise all the time and kids yelling at the top of their lungs. I also live next door to the kids that think its funny to knock on your door late at night and run off. The pool is ridiculous! the outdoor pool is nasty and never cleaned! the indoor pool is the same! the pool table in the rec room are leanin to one side because the floor leans and pockets are missing from them. I has a neighbor who would pee off the balcony (im on the bottom floor) in the middle of the night. it took numerous calls to the office before they dealt with it. the storage areas downstairs, oh geez, memories of mine from high school, pictures of my deceased grandpa and furniture of mine got leaked on by a pipe above it. it was all ruined and, since its not "their fault", like anything ever is, theres nothing they can do about it. we have also had a problem about some people LIVING in the storage units downstairs. they would break into your unit and steal from you. the manager of the complex did absolutely nothing. i felt very unsafe going to do my laundry because of the huge hole in the wall by the stairs! the washer and dryers suck, and youll spend more money there then at the laundry mat! i have had problems with kids looking into my one window that i have in my bedroom at night and have been woken up early in the morning by the maintenance crew "fixing the washer and dryer" and beating on the pipes right below my bedroom. this place is AWFUL to live...i wish i would have found this site before i moved in! a friend of mine recommended this apt to me, and of course, she didnt have problem with them either until a few months of living here. the paid utilities is not worth it! i am breaking my lease here, so, i guess ill find out what all happens after that! dont live here!!!!!
