LET ME TELL YOU THAT ALL THE STORIES YOU HEAR ARE TRUE!THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE! The apartments have ALOT of foundation damage,termites, leaks and sidewalk damage that they say will be fixed and never gets done... i am sure the list goes on and on...Sure they say that someone is out doing bids, however, they get the bid and nothing ever happens. You will often hear excuses as to why things don't get fixed. You can call codes if there is a problem that just doesn't seem to get fixed.

It is so true. Now it is all the computers fault that nothing can get done. I have been calling for months to get stuff fixed and the roached evicted...turns out they were going to another unit to do the work I requested (for some things). They do not even know the way around their own propert.
