Maintenence is HORRIBLE! They tore up so many things and never came back to fix any of it! The rent is not good for what you get. Yes all utilities are paid...but while I lived here there were constantly cops and my room mates car got broken into! The apartment complex did nothing ....they even wrote up our lease invalid and we when showed them to break the lease they said it was an old employees fault and said we couldn't hold that against them! The walls are paper thin and you can here everything! They are horrible! Do NOT live here! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

actually, you CAN hold it against them, they hired the employee, whether or not they are there anymore is not your problem. whatever it says on the lease, you can go with that..if it says your lease was from May 1, 2007 to May 31, 2007 (and it was supposed to be through May 31, 2008 for example, a 13 month lease)your lease actually ends on May 31, 2007 if you both signed and agreed to it at that time. the only way to modify a lease is for both parties to agree to it in writing ONLY.so if they flubbed the paperwork, and you want to go with whatever wording they used at the time (even though you both know it was a mistake), you are in the right to do so. the only drawback however, is that if it is a lease date you're disputing, if you didn't give "proper notice" per the company, their lease auto renews for 1 year. I would fight it!! if you need more specific help, let me know and i'll try to help.
