i enjoy the all utilities paid but they never fix a thing. we have a loose floorboard and i call them constantly about it and they told me that someone would come check it out... 6 months later wow my floor still hasnt been looked at im afraid someone will fall thru someday.. also when you go swimming in the pool they have a babysitter there to stare at you while you swim and watch every move you make...they also regulate the ac/heat, i had my thermostat set to 60 this summer and it was 80 in there cuz they wont let the fan kick on to save a buck, guess that what you get for all utilities paid huh
