I've lived here 3 years - it's no paradise but you can't beat *ALL utilities paid*. We've always been cool in the summer and warm in the winter and we've NEVER run out of hot water. The class of people living here leaves something to be desired (lots of Section VIII) but most of the problem ones either get evicted or they skip out in the middle of the night. While it's not exactly a 'friendly community', I can honestly say I've never felt in danger here. The maintenance problems aren't so much the workers as it is the leasing office who don't pass on work orders to them. Maintenance can't fix stuff if they don't know about it. The quality of the staff in the leasing office isn't the worst I've seen but it sure isn't the best either.
