Yech. Roaches. Need I say more'
Oh, yes. Worse than roaches is their heating and a/c setup. You canNOT control your thermostat! There is no thermostat!

They turn heat on in the winter, and it is ON. Then in the summer, they turn on the Air conditioning. It is ON. You can't change it, can't control it. So, as you can imagine, in the spring and fall, when you have hot days and cold nights, you are either sweating or freezing...all beyond your control. The office does nothing about it.

They will also fix things, then charge tenants for the repairs. Too many anecdotes from other tenants to even type here.

It is a nasty nasty complex.

they have an exterminator every thursday, it does not cost you anything to have your apartment sprayed. i have lived here for 2 years. every apartment has a thermostat. i could only imagine the people that are leaving these messages are people who have been kicked out. i have never seen any roaches or mice in my apartment. i keep a clean house and have the complex spray my place once every 3 months just because...its free why wouldn't you. in the spring or fall if the air or heat is turned on before i would have turned it on i do this crazy thing called open a window and let some fresh air in. the apartments are big, the price is right. stop being such babies and grow up. pay your rent, don't have crazy parties, don't park in carports you don't pay for and you will have a great stay just like me......grow up!
