i dont see how you could tell these lies about the place, when i shopped them i was happy, they treated me with respect. the other places i went showed me a model, and told me to imagine that there was another bedroom and bathroom behind the wall, Meadowlark showed me the appt. that I was going to get, not something else. AND YOU got to control the air conditioning and heating, they control nothing. trust me i asked everyone, even the maintenance. Plus its less money for more space and all utilities paid. i shopped around 14 different propperties and Meadowlark was the best choice. Im glad i live here.

Your review is simply not credible.
One of the reasons it's impossible that control the heating and cooling is maintenance has to change the heating system over from heating to cooling. The individual tennant is not able to do so. I need to come to your apartment and see how that happens when it's an impossiblity. That is a fact, not a complaint--making your little ditty less than believable. When they came to check our system, we were told by maintenance that the thermostat in the units had little effect on the tempreture, particularly the second floor in the townhomes. (Sorry, I forgot the laws of physics cease to exist in your particlar unit.) I can't argue that you were shown the actual apartment you were going to get, but you also can't dispute that we saw a differnt place, that perhaps was closer to the office and had already been prepped for rental, as opposed to the place we were going to get. Furthermore, if you thought Ghettolark Hill was so magnificent, why did you need to see 14 other places? I find your commentary nothing more than a thinly-veiled advertisement written by a staff memeber.

Yeah... I agree with the last two user responses. The staff members occasionally post on here. You can tell because those are the only (few) posts that have near perfect scores on all the ratings. (S)he must have been bored today. All I would like to add is that anyone that is close to deciding to move here,... please go with your first gut feeling.... and stay away. 'All utilities' paid is not worth the trouble that this place has become. Ghettolark of O.P.!

responding to the ghettolark of o.p. OMG! the first thing I thought when i read the comment posted is that that person must be an employee at meadowlark hill! so funny! what i discern is usually correct so i'm gonna look at your response as confirmation. to all responses: thanks so much for the information because i was thinking about moving there. i figured things had changed just by certain crowd of people i see hanging out in the complexes. it used to be a very nice place over a decade ago when my aunt lived there!!

i have to agree with all of you. i went to go see the apartments and you can tell it was old and falling apart. i can tell who ever wrote this review was not an employee though because they are suppose to know about the apartments. well they should know.

Meadowlark sucks major ass balls. I know of alot of exworkers and the reason they don't work there anymore is because of all the --------. They didn't like treating people like ---- and taking their money for ------ housing. They can kiss my white ass :)
