This place isn't so bad for the money. My place is a 2 bedroom and over 1100 sf. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer, but you don't have control of the thermostat which is understandable for a utilities-paid apt. The staff is nice and maintenance is always swift to respond to maintenance needs. I wouldn't say that it harbors the best caliber of people around here, but I've been in a lot worse and a lot less safe apt complexes. I don't know what the other comments were about cockroaches or bugs. I haven't seen any and I've lived here for a year and intend to stay on when my lease comes due again.
