i have lived here since 2004. my parents lived here when i was little. i think these apartments are a great deal for the money. i don't have bugs and if i did they have someone who comes to spray. the parking is sometimes a little crazy but i have a carport and its nice to know if someone parks in my spot they will be towed (which they should since i pay for it) i saw the last review and was disgusted to hear someone say meadowlark was racist. i am a black woman and my parents are both black as well, i nor they have ever been treated wrong here (which i can not say for other places we have lived!) i would recommend this place to everyone...and have. my opinion is most of the bad reviews on here are from people who don't pay thier bills and been kicked out. hence the reason why non of them put who they are. everyone wants to put negative comments on here but no one wants to own up to them.
this place is a great bargin and very spacious. yes it is older but i feel it is pretty well kept. maint. is pretty quick, the grass is always cut, you always see the guys picking up around the outside of the buildings, and everyone is friendly.
i hope people don't listen to all this other crap on here and take a look for themselves.
