Your apartment may have had roaches, but have you considered that maybe its not the apartments that are dirty...maybe its YOU'! I haven't been living here that long, but I keep my ---- clean! and I haven't had any problems. maitenance does suck on some things, but if its something your really worried about they have no problem taking care of it. the leasing consultants are tight as ----. the neighbors are cool. one of the employees here is a complete deuch but ya know..where can you go where everything is perfect' I have lived in a lot of places...a LOT! and I can honestly say I am the happiest I have ever been. This apartment is amazing. I pay 865 a month for a 1200 sq.ft. apartment, all utilities included. a nice balcony with sliding glass doors on just about the entire wall which I LOVE! a fireplace in the living room. theres a dining room. big hallway! a study room! 2 bed, 2 bath. sliding mirror doors for a huge mirror! 2 extra closets in the apartment. nice sized kitchen with dishwasher (kinda loud when it runs but oh well), garbage disposal, descent sized fridge, stove fan and light, awesome lighting in the kitchen. only thing that sucks is you gotta get your own lamps for the bedrooms, but its all good. in the bathrooms they have a big medicine caninet with lightbulbs all above the mirrors, which are awesome! not to mention the heated indoor, AND outdoor pools. the billiards room in the clubhouse. the sauna! (females dont work, but you can always go into the guys sauna..they dont care lol). there are definately some disadvantages but the advantages definately weigh the cons out! by far!

Hello management! I always love when management replies to a tenant's claim and pretends to be a tenant. What a douche bag! Are you an exterminator? Do you actually know anything about pest control? From your response it is obvious you don't even have the most basic understanding of roaches. I'll educate you. If someone who lived in the apartment in question previously had roaches, you'll inherit them. If a neighbor has roaches, they can and do migrate to other apartments/townhouses in the complex. It's not always a matter of how you personally keep your apartment. If maintenance brings you an appliance from another unit, it could have a roach infestation living in it--something you'll never get rid of short of disposing of the appliance. All of this info is available on the internet! Maybe you should wait until you have been through a summer with inadequate cooling or until your neighbors use your yard as a toilet, steal the parking spot in the carport you pay for, or wreck into your car and don't stop because they are loaded. Ghettolark Hill is, without question, the worst place I have ever lived.

It's so funny how the mice and roaches are all in the basement because of the unsafe standing water where the washer and dryer is located

Sad oh so SAD! The manager is at is again. She knows that she is lazy and rude. She has to sink to posting her own comments to even look like someone likes it there. Such a shocker, NOT.
