I was willing to sacrifice for 'all utilities paid' but it was NOT worth it! Upkeep and maintenance are a joke; parking is an absolute nightmare; the swimming pools are breeding grounds for staph disease; the place is so noisy and rundown, I was too embarrassed to have friends or family visit. And the so-called management is a tyrant named Donna who thinks she's a queen ruling a kingdom. I wish I'd read these reviews or listened to people who warned me not to move in here - it was one year of absolute living hell.
