I have heard some crazy rumors about this place but I have lived here for almost 4 months and nothing weird has happened like my ac being cut off or my cable being cut off or anything but yet I wasn't stupid enough to be late on my rent payments and if i knew i wouldn't be around when it was due I would drop it off in the drop box or turn it in early! There is no harm in being early. Overall yes the overall craftmansship is a little cheap but what do you expect when your building a ton on townhomes all at once. If they were built to perfection then we'd be paying alot more than we are now.
