This is a scary place to live. Office staff-owners are not concerned with tenants.This looks like nice place,but give it a couple months,you"ll change your minds.My property stolen,heat didn't work at all and management didn't think it was important,just came home from the hospital with sick baby.no heat for the weekend.Other tenants parking behind your garage,office says you do. This means you locate person that owns car and write them letter and get them to move,hope you don't have to be at work on time! Child ran over by car!!!! in community. Office never put up signs or speed bumps. Office will not notify you if there are thieves in area or on property. Don't expect deposit back no matter how clean.Your money will be deposited with We take all office.they will not give you any proof. for charges added to your deposit so they do not have to give you any money back. Take lots of pictureswhen moving out.Office staff will make up anything to keep your money.They clean their apartments so well that they clean before you move out.This also caused injury to family member. What complex cleans your carpets around your furniture before you move out,and this is all the cleaning for apt rugs,before next sucker moves in.Watch out people,especially if you pay rent early and take pride where you live,not somewhere you would want to write home about.Is this not enough reason to look elsewhere before choosing this joke of a place. guest afraid to came to late at night because of the poor lighting if its fixed this week.Just hope you don't get robbed at this place because nothing will be done by We take all office,and they won't notify tenants who live there of any thefts. Oops! forgot one more thing if you don't have garage, plan to get alot of dings and scratches on your car from other tenants.Word to the wise!
