After reading others feedback, I thought I would have to fight to get some money back. I was wrong. We recieved a check approx. 5 weeks after move out. I will say, they took out money for carpet cleaning that we were not informed of when we moved in, but we got over half of our deposit back, more than we expected after some of these reviews. Look, the place isn't the Ritz, but you get what you pay for. It was a decent place to live in. The walls are thin, the lighting sucks, along with parking, but it's an apartment, and the cheapest we found for the sq. footage and appliances, etc. The maintennce staff was great, and they took care of all of our requests quickly. I think some of the people leaving reviews are a little over dramamtic. I have lived in worse, and belive me, you have not seen rude office staff. The staff was fine, I was never mistreated, or spoken to rudely, then again, I never treated them badly. We did have a couple notices that did not apply to us, but all was straightened out with a simple phone call. I have no problem being honest about my experience here. If you want to know about a community, talk to them and get it in writing. I'd be more than happy to answer anyones questions they post on this site.
