Plaza Gardens is a dump. Period. I'm not being 'overdramatic' as one writer put it. Here's Plaza Gardens in a nutshell:
1) Trash. It's removed twice a week NO MATTER HOW FULL IT GETS! People actually pile bags OUTSIDE the dumpster. Needless to say, said trash blows across the streets, your front "yard" and at your doorstep.
2) Parking. Ridiculous. Get home by 5 p.m. or be prepared to walk BLOCKS back to your apartment. Parking spots are too narrow as well.
3) Plumbing. I actually had all three toilets back up in the same week.
4) Noise. Some of it's location and that's a given. But forget about the 'sound proof' walls they go on about. 5) Staff. A joke. First they change "managers" about every 60 days. The ones they do keep can't get off a personal phone call long enough to answer a question or provide any service.

The only reason I'm still here is because I was stupid enough to sign a lease. Once that's up, I'm gone and it won't be soon enough. Yes, as a renter you expect some problems but you're also paying your hard-earned money every month. As a renter, it's not unreasonable to expect your management company and staff to care.
