Where can you live where the trash flows freely out of the dumpsters, the children scream and run unattended, throw rocks, etc., people run daycare centers out of their appartments, AND YOUR RENT CAN INCREASE 10% or MORE IN ONE YEAR?.... Plaza Gardens. Why? Because Luke just bought a new home and needs to pay for it.... Courtesy of YOU!!! THE RENTER WITH NO RIGHTS!!! Except the ILLEGALS hired to work there.... who live rent free...

My boyfriend and I have lived at this complex for 3 years and we haven't experienced any of these problems. It has been a nice place to dwell. Free water and cable is a bonus. We will probably stay here until we buy a home. It is afterall community living.
