HELL WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
DON T LET THE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH DOOR KNOBS BREAKING, BATHTUBS LEAKING ONTO THE DOWNSTAIRS CEILINGS, CABINETS FALLING APART, APPLIANCES BREAKING, LIGHT SWITCHES SHORTING OUT, BANNISTERS UNSTABLE, DRYER NOT VENTED PROPERLY, TOILETS CONSTANTLY RUNNING, ANTS, AND THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. MAINTANENCE IS QUICK TO RESPOND BUT DOES A POOR JOB. PARKING IS ALMOST NON-EXISTANT SO PLAN ON VISITORS WALKING. THE PROPERTY MANAGER LUKE AND STAFF (VERONICA) ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE NOT TO MENTION DISHONEST.
