I've had no trouble during my stay...the place is safe, clean & quiet, I very rarely hear my neighbors, the rent is very reasonable for the area & space that you get but parking does stink for visitors. The garage, basement, & w/d are great & there's no pet rent. My one & only (minor) compaint is local channel 38 is not included with the cable (no KU basketball games or weekend Royals games)...but it's free (along with the water!) so can't complain too much. Maintenance & office staff are nice to deal with. Overall I'm very happy here & feel I'm getting a lot for what I pay...I would highly recommend.
