This place is the worst place that i have ever lived in in the Johnson county area. The management is rude, unhelpful, and i have it on good authority that Luke, the manager when i lived there, has date raped women at nightclubs in the kansas city area. I had multiple things break, including the central vac and tub, and it either took weeks for anyone to do anything about it or the complex complety ignored my requests to come fix things. I had neighbors that lived above me that were rude and extreamly loud, and I had complained many many times to the management, and because they were friends with the imfamous Luke, nothing was ever done about it. Parking is horrible at this complex as well! I had a bad wasp problem on my back patio, nothing was done about that either! Ventailation was also a big issue when my upstairs neighbors decided it was a good idea to spray paint a table in their garage which was connected to my apartment by a wall and a vent. My place reeked of spray paint; oh and also car emmisions from them because they started their cars in the garage daily. Bottom line is I strongly urge anyone who is deciding wether or not to move in to this slum village to think twice before signing on that dotted line. It may look nice on the outside but its most deffinitly NOT!!

I have to agree with this review. They are horrible and I have only been there 3 months and I want out!!!!!!!

I dont believe one bit of this sack full of lies!! You dont have upstairs neighbors- just side by side, Luke is amazing and the office staff are incredibly helpful and prompt. Go lie some more... somewhere else!

LEAVE LUKE ALONE! I think half the people that complain are just jealous of him because he is good looking and owns the complex! Luke is a great guy and about the date rape crap that is totally ridiculous! I have been out with Luke and he has never tried any of that crap with me, I used to date him! Luke gets girls because he is HOT and has money, so stop hating! GET A LIFE! Luke you are way better than all these people to let any of this bother you...I KNOW that! I read this because it makes me laugh that people seriously DO NOT have a life!!! Luke Keep your head up HIGH, your friend LAURA :) (Its been forever since I have spoke to you!) TAKE CARE!!!
