We moved to these townhomes site un-seen from out of state. Luke and the staff have been VERY helpful and amazing through the entire process. Sure, there's been MINOR problems with loose fixtures, nothing a screw driver or a quick call to the office cant handle. Yeah, there's been some bugs... DONT be a messy pig and clean your house, spray Ortho Max Home Defense and you wont have a problem.
Parking is a little limited, but you have a garage and a driveway, plus spots along the white curbs and plenty of guest parking. Sure, on a Friday night its hard to find a spot... PEOPLE ARE HOME and are having guests over too!
Our townhouse is 1800 SQ FT. Bigger than most houses! 3 bdrms, 2.5 baths, 3 levels including a basement. What more could a family starting out, ask for'' Perfect for roommates too! Big spacious rooms! Large OPEN kitchen! Satalite TV included! Fireplace!! 24hr Gym, Tanning bed, Pool, 2 playgrounds, plenty of grass areas... not to mention pets allowed!!

So, all in all, this is a wonderful place to call home. For a year or 10 years.
