jealous of what? I dont know if Luke is a bad person as I do not know him personally. However he has terrible customer service and obviously couldnt care less about the residents of plaza gardens.

I agree! He should never have been in a position where he was required to directly interact with clients. Good news is he is gone and the new management is very people oriented.
