I must admit when I first moved in this place was well on it's way to trashy. Price was right for the area so I took a risk so I could save up for a house. Floor plans are awkward and it was difficult to arrange my furniture. The new owners have taken great strides to make this a more pleasant place to live. Maintenance people are polite, knowledgeable and promt considering the demand. The office staff are kempt and friendly. The property is cleaning up very nicely! Prices, as expected, have changed but then so have the demographics.
