First of all, maintenance sucks. Scott, the maint. mngr told me he and management had, "communication issues." No kidding! Took three months to halfway resolve issues from "move in checklist". Holes in walls when I moved in, never fixed. I lived without working outlets in my kitchen for two months. Shoddy workmanship throughout unit, far from the "luxury" promised with the hefty rental rate. Unprofessional management. Charged me over $5,900.00 in damages when I moved out and I only lived there for six months the unit was fine. $350 in "trash removal" and hundreds for tile resealing' Followed with threats of being sent to collections. Scam artists. Marques is incompetent and rude and Melonie needs some additional management/customer service training. The most horrible place I have ever lived hands down. BTW extremely thin walls - you will hear everything. I got out of my lease early, paid the early termination fee and was happy to do so in order to get out of this JOCO "ghetto". Recently found out Melonie is no longer there... a positive change and is about the only positive thing I can say about Orion.

Really??? Tailia San Roman.......Really??? This person got charged in damages because of holes in the walls, Dog Fecies and Urine throughout the whole townhome...ruined the brand new carpet...Left the fridge with rotten old groceries and furniture in the unit..... Its funny how people lie on these things...please lie some more so I can call you out even more.....!!!!
