I've lived at Pebblebrook for about 4 years, and it's been great. The lakes and little walking trail are nice - pretty parklike setting for the 95th & Metcalf location. Close to all kinds of things, but not noisy. My downstairs neighbor likes to rock out from time to time, but it's usually very quiet and the office staff is great. Nice swimming pool & lots of closets/storage space in my 1-bdr apartment.
