I have lived at Pebblebrook for a few years. I've had no complaints - the maintenance is quick, the office staff is ok. Lately though I've noticed 4 to 5 people living in one apartment, junked out cars, and a much louder noise level. And to say it's happening "everywhere" doesn't help. I'll move to a community that performs background checks.
