Regardless of what some of these other negative comments are, I think Pebblebrook is a wonderful place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome and always to helpful and on top of things. No matter where you live, there are going to be cars that may not be the nicest. So what' I've never seen anyone working on their vehicles, but the thing is, it's probably happening after the office is closed. If I see someone working on a vehicle, I will let the office know what vehicle it is so they know and can take care of it. Otherwise, how would they know' Every time I've called in with anything, they have taken care of the problem. They can't stand guard 24/7. I see the manager out walking around sometimes when I'm home for lunch and I love that. That means she cares and is looking for things that need attention. But, she can't be out all day and all night. We have to tell them!

All I can say is I've lived at probably 5 apartment communities and Pebblebrook is one of the best!
