This is just my opinion. When I first moved into Pebblebrook in early 2004 I was amazed at how great everything was.. like the other reviews the grounds were well kept, lots of parking, and very quiet (elderly for the most part) neighbors.

There were even perks like an older gentleman who kept his heat cranked up all through the winter months.. and as we all know heat rises. I didnt have to turn my heat on once!

That said, I started to notice that more and more of the elderly occupants started moving out, or passing on. This led to many empty apartments. When I first moved in I had a very good screening done.. Job check, salary, background etc..

New neighbors seemed to have gotten around this. Younger and Younger people started moving in. One apartment I would pass had furniture placed outside of the unit. Hockey equipment hanging from a makeshift clothing line, and the like.

Very unattractive. I also started to notice people speeding through the complex more and more.

It just seems that pebblebrook is being more lenient on tenants as more and more vacancies hurt their bottom line.

For the first year, everything was great. The last year I cant wait to move out. Why' My neighbors. Noise complaints and complaints over other tenants unkempt apartment appearance go unanswered.
