I went in to see a one bedroom apt and was told by the office staff that I could come in any time during the weekend to see it. When I got there, it was locked and finally a lady came out telling me that they were closed b/c it was lunch time, butI could come back in an hour. It' was around 3:40 pm at that time. I think they could spare 15 minutes of their lunch to show me their apartment. I'd understand if they had told me that I couldn't come at certain times, but they did not.
