Poor Apartment complex for the money

I moved to Pebblebrook and am deeply regretting it. It's an ugly complex with sprinklers going off all the time especially during the morning when I have to leave at work. They require high amounts for renter's insurance and it's just not worth the money to live here. Please don't move here. You'll regret it just like I'm regretting it.

I certainly don't know where you think you live, but Pebblebrook is one of the prettiest apartment complexes I have ever seen.

I hated living at PB but had NO PROBLEMS with the grounds...it's pretty nice for a metro area.
