Before moving in we called and got verification on our pets, 2 cats, and caged ferrets. We were told it was okay to have them and that they were welcome here. Less than two weeks after moving in, however, we were told in a rather unprofessional manner, that we could not have them. Once we explained that we were told that it was okay, we were told we would be contacted back. We never were. Infact, we were given a notice of intent to evict.

The property management & management company seem to be unwilling to budge on this and do not seem to care that these animals have been a part of our family for the better part of 6 years now. Nor do they seem to care about their own mission statement let alone their tenats.

We do like this property, it's peaceful, and quiet. It's close and convient to work, as well as shopping and entertainment. But we are being forced out because no one sems to care that they said one thing, and are now refusing to honor it.
