I will write a very objective review.

Staff: Bridgette and Lauren are amazing. Period. Cindy, the manager, also helpful. I have only dealt with her once, and have had no problem.

Place: Apartment is fine. I don't have too many problems with amenities not working. Bugs started showing up but there's a lake near my place. Once I submitted a maintenance request and they were very prompt in responding. I've never really had any problems with this place.

Location: Macy's across the street. Oak Park Mall is right down the road (perhaps 2 - 3 miles). Jack Stacks BBQ is just out there. McD right opposite the complex. TJMaxx/Walmart within 2 minutes driving distance. Gas station across the street. Methodist Church 2 blocks away. I don't know what else you would need. Only down side to it is your gas mileage drops because you make too many short trips.

Security: I've always felt safe living here. No problem so far, but I've seen one resident doing something to a car (maybe keying it'). I'm not sure. I tried to get my camera but she was gone.

Neighbor: I see lots of young people moving in, replacing the more mature, quiet, senior citizens who live/lived here throughout retirement. Mostly white people, middle aged female, and senior citizens. I've seen one or two Asians (Chinese I think), and a few ------- moved in last year or this. The senior citizens are very friendly, if you are to them.

Policy: I've not moved out of this place, and never intend to. I cannot say what their move out policy is.

All in all: I think if you're nice to people/neighbors/staff, they will be nice to you. Pay your rent in time and you will be fine
