When we moved here a couple of years ago we were pretty happy with the place overall. Unfortunately it has gone into a steady decline and we are counting the days until we can move. The apartments themselves are basic, but pretty outdated, so look for yourself and see what you think. But there are lots of issues with the outside of this place that the management either can not or will not fix. For starters the place is overrun with large flocks of geese that leave messes EVERYWHERE. From the parking lot to the sidewalks, watch every step you take or get ready to clean your shoes and carpet! The landscaping is also a mess. Lots of dead trees and shrubs and weeds all over the place. The water in the pond is dirty and stagnant, providing a great home for mosquitoes and other bugs. There is also plenty of flaking paint on the decks, potholes in the parking lot and litter scattered around. Quiet and responsible tenants are being replaced by riff raff and the overall character of the place has gone severely downhill. If these types of things don't bother you, Pebblebrook may be a good fit. Otherwise, keep looking - there are much nicer places out there.
