The tenants are leaving because of the treatment by management. By evidence of this site and the many negative reviews, it?s very clear the intent of the Plaza Gardens complex management is to corruptly abuse their tenants and fraudulently portray a great atmosphere to live. -- Of course, since the management has below 1st grade reading level, they evidently require an inturpreter to decipher the reviews.... Please don?t tell them this, as they will threaten to evict you or worse.





Why is the OPPD. spending so much time surveying both complexes' Could it be that tenants are reporting ?illegal? illegal activities' It would be best advised for tenants to have an active security system with video camera?s or better yet, ADT or other security services. otherwise, the only evidence you?ll have of management or perps entering your apartment is the food missing from your fridge or other misc. items.





Any persons contemplating signing a lease or renewing a lease should have their attorney present at signing to enlighten management of the Tenant Landlord Act provisions; as management will attempt in any way to mislead and confuse.





Unfortunately if you do make it knowledge you?d like an attorney present, they probably wouldn?t lease an apartment.





Advice: if you currently rent from PG or PGS, gain the assistance of an attorney when you depart or forget you even "paid" them a deposit and chalk it up as experience.


As far as legal activities, spend a few moments at the courthouse in Olathe and take a look at the countless numbers of suits brought against PG and PGS.





Best Advice: DON?T EVEN CONTEMPLATE RENTING AT PLAZA GARDENDS OR PLAZA GARDENS SOUTH!!!!
