This is the frist time that I have seen this website after hearing about it from an Apt. Search Company.
After negative comments from them I decided to take a look for myself. To my suprise many of the probelms that are on this website were ones that I have said myself.
Some of the coments were vaild and to the point, but some were also over the top.
I would have to say that with as many apartments that are in the Overland Park area for this one to have the most reviews (69) at the time I saw it was appaling, especially since this complex has only been open for such a short time. It makes you wonder what is going on here.
For the price that you are paying it is not that hard to find something just as nice.
I am looking forward to the end of my lease.
