I too have lived at the Plaza Gardens, and I was taken for all of my deposit, except $10.00. I am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Kansas Attorney General. If you have been denied your deposit for bogus carpet cleaning, extra cleaning, or inappropriate fees, please email me at the email address above. We can and will fight this, and they will not have a choice, but to explain why they incorrectly overcharge former tenants who meet every demand of the complex. I need the help of others, so please feel free to email me and help others to not have to go through these problems.
