according to the kansas landlord tenant act (KLTA), you only need to give a 30 notification to move out. That 60 day stuff cannot be enforced, and is not above the regulations of the KLTA. If you bring that up in court, they are likely to refund 1.5 times the amount they illegally took from you. Something to consider. Even if you get nothing back, be glad to know that plaza gardens is quickly loosing grounds in their buisness, and this website shows the truth about them. There is not one person in kansas city that repects their buisness and family.
