When first moving in I thought that the place was nice looking and that the price was somewhat reasonable. My problems began early. The flier when you come in says that they have free cable. Well the "cable" is really satellite and goes out when it storms. There is a difference between cable and satellite, maybe since the staff does not seem educated they don't understand the difference. Well anyways since they said cable I assumed that I would be able to get some sort of cable highspeed internet. Well was I wrong. Annoyingly enough you have to have some sort of dial up service. The place is INFESTED with bugs as well. Never in my life have I lived somewhere where there were that many bugs and I have never seen spiders that are the size of crickets and cockroaches coming in my house like they were there. I had them spray more than 5 times and still to no avail there were still bugs. I had no problem with hearing my neighbors that lived to the left and right of me but God could I hear the people upstairs. I thought that it was just because they were loud people but after reading previous comments I am guessing the construction is just poor. Which leads to the fact that the floor is not level and either are the windows and doors and I had an electrical short in my bedroom as well. I had little interaction with the staff because I really did not like them I wouldn't say rude but cocky and didn't seem to really care about you as a tenant. I would call in a complaint and they would sound preoccupied and I would have to call back in a day or two and remind them and then they would get it fixed. I never had them shut anything off thank God and I am sorry to those of you who did. I would have been irate. I was definitely let down by this apartment complex. The overall surface appearance is ok at first glance but to anyone who is looking to move in make sure you look deeper and you will realize that it really isn't that good of a deal. If you like the area look at Amli apartments instead I think that they are much more worth the price and staff is always friendly and happy to help. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
