There's better places... but it's good bang for the buck.

I've lived here for about 5 monthes. The place is not in the league of some surrounding properties but it's not the worst in town.
On the upside: The features are pretty good for the rent amount. The management is pretty amateur compared to other properties but certainly not the demons described in the other posts. It looks to me like most of the flaming on this site was written by the same deadbeat tenant. They've taken care of every maintenance request right away.
On the downside: I'm disappointed I can't get Time Warner cable. SW Bell sucks for broadband Internet and the "free" cable has awful signal quality. The tenants are a rougher crowd than higher priced properties but nothin' really bad. Low rent draws the low-rents.
If you live here already - be aware of something - your dryer vent may be plugged off by lint trapped in a little bird screen. Take a look at the outside of the building. After it's cleared your clothes will dry in half the time.
Another thing - their little cable system must be registered with the FCC or something because you can view online channel guides at TV.YAHOO.COM.
