We recently moved here and have had many problems already. First of all, they never did a walk-through with us even after we requested one. Secondly, we had no hot water when we moved in and they told us that was "just the way their hot water heaters were because they were really small." After researching this myself, I realized that was not true and called them on it. Finally, it was fixed. For three days we went without heat in the dead of winter because their "maintenence people" claimed that we had just switched the heater off and it was having a hard time catching up. Once again, we called them on it and they finally fixed our heater. They did apologize for this one, but it is still a major problem. Finally, we have had a major ice storm and their is an ice-coated sidewalk in front of our house that many people have fallen on. This is the real kicker -- a friend of mine looked at this place and one of the girls in the office recommended that she view this site first and told her that she and her boyfriend looked "too nice" to put up with the crap that this owner puts on his tenants. I am moving as soon as possible!
