First of all, if you want to live here dont expect to get your deposit back. They do not do walk throughs before you enter the apartment or after. This is against the Landlord Tenant Act. So when you move out you have all these mysterious damages that appear that were not there when you left. But for some reason they cannot provide you with pictures of these damages.They will charge you blinds at $25 a PIECE- when plasic blinds cost at a max $2.50. The owner is a slumlord. They wont do anything special for their tenants. They are so cheap. They have poor snow and ice removal, there are constantly tenants complaining about that- i dont blame them. Also they charge people a very high deposit if they have bad credit or not enough rental history. The Kansas law states that a deposit CANNOT exceed 1/2 months rent. But they seen to make their own rules. If you paid very high deposit call 1800-383-0217 and ask for a housing counselor who will tell you how you can get your money back. I RECOMEND THAT YOU NOT LIVE HERE
